The hotel was really nice and pleasant for my stay. Rooms are elegant and clean and have certain historic feel to it. The hotel is located right in downtown which allows you to walk to restaurant and San Pedro square. Overall good choice.

My husband and I were at the Westin for a friend's wedding. The room the wedding was in was lovely and perfect for the wedding size. That room was quickly turned around to be a place for hors d'oeuvres and wine following the wedding. The reception in the room next door was beautiful. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful.

Beautiful hotel with great rooms. Nice to stay next door to the convention center and be able to have vallet parking. The parking is overpriced but I understand why. The parking attendants were awesome with getting my car just to put things in or take things out. Room was clean and had all the amenities I could use. Kind of lame but they need to have full ironing boards....the tiny ones are almost worthless. Other than that it was a great stay!

The Westin San Jose is located in the heart of downtown San Jose. It is one of the most convenient places to stay if you want to visit Christmas in the Park in December. If you are driving, be prepared to fork up $30 per night + tip for valet parking. The hotel only offers valet parking. You can also find self parking in public parking lots if you don't want to pay $30. I think the public lots are about $12. Other than that the hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are nice, clean, and cozy.

The Westin is located in an older building if you like "historic". My room was quite small. Bed and shower were amazing, however. Very clean, with a mini fridge in room at no additional cost, with free WiFi. The restaurant downstairs is kind of mediocre. I ordered the seafood pasta, and it came out very fishy smelling...which means the seafood isn't fresh. Overall, an okay experience, but definitely not the best hotel I've ever stayed at.
