  Extremely nice, classy hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in and all staff are super friendly. Only downside is parking... $46 a day for parking!

  It truly was a great stay. Awesome building and amenities you would expect from a hotel of this level. The room was clean, bed comfortable and there was a snack mix bowl and a Fiji water as a welcome gift in the room. No parking connected but prepaid online across the street at the Marquette iPark lot. It was 15$ and the pass gives you in and out privileges for 24Hrs.

  Clean, fresh, updated interior. Front desk staff was on point. Room was huge. Bathroom was great and clean. Bed was super comfy. No free breakfast so make sure you plan that out. Hotel bar is quite expensive $8.00 for a bottle of beer. Parking was expensive. $46 for valet per day or park yourself for $35 in the ramp per 24 hours. Five stars would have been coming your way if it didn't cost me 45% more to park my car! Would definitely stay again but if I was looking at comparables, parking costs will be weighed in for sure.

  Tonight turned into a delightful surprise!!! Our bartender, Nicky, was a gem!! He’s efficient, punctual, knowledgeable, sincere and very, “easy to look at.” Thank you for being the person that you are Nicky!! :) This world would gain infinitely if there were just more people like you in it. Keep up the good work! I imagine this won’t be a difficult task for you because, you’re the person that you portray, and a superstar in my eyes. Hoping to see you soon! THANKS AGAIN NICKY!! You were great!

  We unfortunately didn’t plan on staying any where but our furnace failed and we had no heat in our home. With negative degree weather in the twin cities we couldn’t stay in our home. We found a deal on an online service and stayed at the westin. Given our situation we just needed a place to be warm until our new furnace could be installed. The first room we had was good but a little small. We spoke with front desk and Andrew was happy to accommodate us. We ate The Bank Restaurant and the food was very good reasonable. The service techs were running behind at our home and we asked they would mind a late check out. The staff was more than helpful and really made a difficult situation more tolerable. Dan was also a great help. We loved the convenience of everything and made the best of it. Customer service does matter and the Westin team excelled. Thank you, Robbi and Paul
