  all of the amenities are outstanding. the rooms are pristine, the in-room spa service and gym are amazing. the whole energy of the space is very calming. I would def recommend

  I had a wonderful experience staying at the Westin Galleria. From reservations to check-out, I really can't imagine anything better. The woman who helped me reserve my stay was incredibly helpful and tried to help me find the best deal. At check-in, both the woman and man (I believe his name was Charles) were incredibly kind and welcoming. I had quite a strange situation I was dealing with that required me to stay at the hotel with my dog, and both of them were so accommodating. I ended up needing to leave a day early due to my "situation" and couldn't let the reception desk know until almost 7pm. Charles, knowing what was going on, came to the rescue. He allowed my mother to return to the hotel to pack my bags and did not charge me for that second night. Prior to choosing to stay with the Westin Galleria, I called another hotel nearby. They wanted to charge me $125/night for my service dog to stay with me. The Westin Galleria didn't hesitate letting me stay with my service dog for a second. They made me feel safe and comfortable. Thank you so much for everything. I will definitely be back!

  If you want to live the life of royalty and briefly escape your peasant life then I recommend going here. They were in the middle of renovations when we went a week ago so all stays here in the future will be in complete luxury with all new everything. The elevators here are the work of only God himself, I do not believe a mere mortal could have thought of such a genius yet simple solution to elevator traffic management. 7/7 review.

  Great Hotel. Nice, clean rooms at a decent price per night. Being attached to the mall was a big bonus being able to walk around the place during any downtime in our trip. Attended a wedding reception in the upstairs ball room and the ambiance was top notch. Would consider hosting my own event there if the opportunity ever presented itself.
