  Definitely didn't feel like a 4 star hotel. There was no hot water, the pillows were paper thin, bed somewhat stiff, had to ask for a fridge, fyi run the in room coffee maker twice before using it or your coffee/tea will taste odd, and it was noisy with banging from the cleaning staff/ or construction. Two nice things.. the valet staff are nice and the hotel is conveniently located.

  Pros: very convenient location with lots of restaurants, stores nearby. Parking is free on weekends, room was comfortable, the fitness room was really clean. The pool area was large which was nice because you can stay in your own area away from other people. Cons: it was a little confusing finding the way to the hotel. But figured it out, park on P5 and take the south elevator up to the lobby. Walls and windows were kind of thin. You can hear everything happening out on the streets. The shower pressure was super weak. It was basically trickling water. The chlorine in the pool and hot tub was very potent. Just sitting in there you could feel your eyes burning. Some light bulbs in the room were dead and the whole atmosphere is kind of dark.

  Great Bellevue hotel - perfect service every time. The Cypress has a great breakfast and pretty OK dinner service. Staff are really helpful and friendly! Location is great — close to everything with lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

  Amazing amazing stay here at the Westin. Location location location l. It’s right across the street from the mall and there are plenty of restaurants around. Was upgraded to a balcony view room with a very nice wet area jet tub, and shower combo. Great for a good soak and relax. It’s a 4 star hotel with exceptional 4 star service would highly recommend. And the breakfast was nothing short of amazing. All staff was not only very attentive but also it seemed genuine. Which is hard to find in staff nowadays.

  4 star amenities, but not 4 star rooms. Immediately you noticed that the bathroom had a distinct mildewy odor stemming from the shower curtain. In the bathroom, the conditioner was completely empty from day one and a happy little fly resting on the wall, leading me to wonder how well the bathroom had been cleaned prior to our stay… The duvet cover on one of the beds had dried blood stains on the top near our faces on top of an already lumpy bed. The wall vents (especially the ones near the ground) were absolutely coated in dust – also leading me to wonder about the care and preparation prior to our stay. Also, the mini-fridge was locked shut requiring a key to open; so we were unable to even keep water bottles in the room and were not given more than the initial two in the room even when the coffee bar was restocked (by request). Overall, the pool, lobby, and front desk staff were very nice, but the rooms are not worth the expense.
