  Great Hotel convenience everything in downtown Austin. The burger in the restaurant is really good. Joey V's is right across the street which is a great steak and seafood place. Typical Westin high quality service

  I hate to leave a negative review, but this experience was my first bad one with this hotel chain The folks at the front desk or nice but otherwise the rest of the stay was not great whatsoever. No place to sit or go at the pool, but half the areas where roped off not allowing people to sit, broken shower head in the room as well as a busted outlet in the bathroom. What really did it for me was when the valet took and wash my claim ticket, thankfully the young man at the end when I picked up my vehicle was understanding and did some homework to make sure it's all set. For $300 night experience, I don't think I'll ever come back to this particular Westin Hotel This was my first bad experience, but bad enough that I don't see myself coming back next time I'm in Austin. You guys can do a lot better for a high-end hotel! The $42 surprise valet fee that's not listed on the website was a little discouraging also. I'm all about communication. Hope this helps

  Clean hotel, nice pool view, but the pool is typically packed after 2. Had a nice stay until their staff couldn't figure out how to properly charge my card and kept double charging my card as well as my brother in law's card. Took over a week to resolve. I wouldn't stay here again. May not ever stay at a Westin again. They didn't even apologize for their mistake.

  went for the roof top pool party which was hands-down the BEST party I've been to. it was amazing and the views were incredible. can't speak to much about the experience of actually staying here but thought the lobby was very nice and classy. staff was attentive and kind. all in all, great place to stay for your first time in Austin. pretty sure it's pricey...

  WOW is a great description for this hotel. The staff is first rate, from the valet to front desk to the bartenders on the amazing rooftop pool and bar. Room was clean and spacious. It was a little pricey but worth it. Unfortunately the waiter we had at the restaurant attached to the lobby was terrible, so we only went there once. Hotel is in a terrific location, I definitely recommend this gem, the front desk is over the top in their professional demeanor and service skills !
