  Room was very nice. Staff was super accommodating. Access to the fitness facility next door was great.

  Beautiful hotel, extremely helpful staff! If you end up on the side of the building next to the Metro, just call the front desk and ask for earplugs. If you're only looking for a cheap stopover, skip out on this place. But if you are looking for a nice getaway, it's wonderful!

  Great location and a nice hotel. We were on the 15th floor and it had an awesome view of downtown SD. The location was perfect for checking out gaslamp as well as walking down to the pier. What really made the hotel was the front desk - the woman who checked us in was so friendly and helpful, and every time we walked back in she would ask what we did and if we had fun. The hotel itself had an old time feel which we enjoyed.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Excellent service from the front desk and bar staff. Really classy hotel. Love how elegant everything was. Super big rooms with tall ceilings. Bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping did an immaculate job. Loved the small balcony off my room. All in all probably my favorite hotel stay of all time.
