  GORGEOUS PLACE TO LIVE! Pool, hot tub, overall place is so clean. Security and valet drivers are so nice!

  I moved into the Waverly this year in January. The gym is awesome, the pool and the whole staff is friendly. What I have a problem with and my two stars are for, are the old people that live in the building. Every single day I get asked random questions like what I am doing here and why I am pushing my bike through the floor where I actually live on, disrespectul people that have nothing better to do than being annyoing. My husband gets the same all the time whenever he walks in the building. Not recommended for young people to live here.
