  Very dissatisfied about this salon. I booked an appointment through styleseat for an appointment today( which was open and available to book). Received a text and email confirmation for my appointment for 2pm( which stated Tori Woods accepted payment). Took a cab from my residence and arrived at the salon 15 mins early only to find the salon is closed. Gate down and everything. I waited 30 mins, calling the number provided. No answer, just ringing. No call, or anything. After 30 mins of waiting in the heat and no answer I proceeded to go home. Get home and checked my email which stated at 1:53pm my appointment was cancelled. Meanwhile I got there at 1:45pm. Took a cab, spent my money and all for nothing. I called another number that was provided now all the way at the bottom of her profile, and she states yes it was cancelled and she doesn't know why styleseat let me book this appointment. No sorry for you wasting your time, spending your money or the inconvenience. Just styleseat should not have let you book the appointment. I will never try to book any service from this salon ever again! And styleseat would not have let me book the appointment if she would have took the time to go to her styleseat account and close her salon for that date. Which clearly she did not and now I'm inconvenienced and out of money.
