  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! THE FIRST TIME THAT I USED THIS PLACE IN A VERY LONG TIME. THEY FORGOT MY 2ND BAG OF CLOTHES AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME SEPERATELY AFTER IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE FINE! OK I GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE AND THEY ARE NOW HOLDING MY CLOTHES HOSTAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ESMIRELDA IS THE NAME THAT THE YOUNG LADY ON THE PHONE TOLD ME. APPARENTLY DELIVERY GOES OUT FOR THE 6PM - 10PM TIMEFRAME AT 4:30 PM. ESMERLDA CALLED ME AT 4:11 PM ASKING ME TO CALL HER BACK BY 4:30 SO THAT SHE CAN CONFIRM MY FORM OF PAYMENT. I WAS IN A MEETING AT WORK AND MISSED THE CALL. CALLED ESEMERLDA BACK AND SHE IS FIRST OF ALL VERY NASTY AND SHOWCASED POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY FOR MY DELIVERY BECAUSE I MISSED THE CUT OFF TIME THAT SHE GAVE ME TO CONFIRM FORM OF PAYMENT (19 MINUTES). AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH HER FOR 20 MINUTERS I ASK TO SPEAK TO HER BOSS. SHE SAYS THERE IS NOBODY THERE. I ASKED FOR HER BOSS'S NUMBER SHE SAID SHE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE IT TO ME I ASKED HER TO CALL THE BOSS TO GET THIS SITUATION RECTIFIED AND TO CALL ME BACK WITH AN OUTCOME BUT SHE NEVER DID! AFTER TIME HAD PASSED, I CALLED BACK AND ASKED ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY DELIVERY AND THE BOSS WAS STILL NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE AND THERE WAS A NOTE THAT SAID THEY WILL GIVE ME $10 OFF OF MY LAUNDRY BILL THE 24 HOUR DELIVERY FEE IS $8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS WAS ENTIRELY NOT MY FAULT AND I AM TRAVELING TOMORROW WHICH IS WHY I NEEDED MY LAUNDRY TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SO NOW THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE TO RECTIFY THIS INCONVENIENCE IN ANY WAY AND THEY ARE HOLDING MY CLOTHES HOSTAGE. I DARE YOU TO TRUST THESE CROOKS WITH YOUR CLOTHS. GOOD LUCK! THEY ARE STILL NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE! AND THE BUSINESS IS NOT CLOSED UNTIL 12 AM! I AM A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER AND IT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR THEM TO DO BUSINESS THIS WAY!

  Terrible drivers. One of their driver cut me off this morning on Hamilton Avenue sending me to side walk- This driver did have any respect for other drivers. All drivers have to line up to go into the BQE on Hamilton Avenue entrance but this guy ( Driver) did not want to stand at the end of the line. He cut me off in a dangerous way. I had to make a dangerous move. That move took me to the side walk. His license plate # is 61155-MH. It is commercial license plate number. Business owner should be really careful when hiring their drivers. They don'r respect for others. That is not a good thing. He will soon get involve in a accident if keeps driving that way

  I would really love to give this place 5 stars, because they have the potential to be. Service was consistently great when I started using them early 2016. A few months ago everything seems to have just fallen apart. Pick up and drop off is never consistently available. When you try to work around their availability, they reschedule you and rarely stick to the time or day agreed to. Calling them doesn't serve much purpose either. The young girls answering the phone are only rude, rarely helpful. Save yourself the money and trouble. The convenience of laundry service is outweighed by the amount of time you'll spend on the phone trying to get your laundry back.

  Out of Expectation services and great convenient provide by this company, I am living in New York and According to me this is the best local New York city laundry services because of their efficient delivery and pick-up work. In my perspective the staff of this company is time saving and very hard working with a frank and soft behaviour. Few days ago in my friend's birthday bash I tarnished my suit by cake and wine so I was little worried about that would it be cleared and when I handed-over to this company they took good care of it and gave me in a very nice condition so I am really appreciable by their work. Keep it up guys, You are doing great work.
