::I have brought my 2003 Jetta here about 3-4 times and have left pleased with the service every time. Brakes, timing belt, ball joints, other stuff I don't recall. I normally would do many of these things myself though due to busy times in my life I needed to try to find a mechanic I trust. I have always felt like I got a fair deal and good advice without a sales pitch for stuff I don't need. I will definitely go back.

::Will NEVER take my Jetta anywhere else! The staff here were helpful, friendly HONEST, and their service was so fast and affordable. Was able to get a number (like 5) of longstanding issues places like Firestone wouldnt even touch in a matter of hours and for a price hundreds less than what even my most optimistic forecast predicted. Cannot recommend them enough.

::They are very honest and easy to talk with. Brought my car in because it wouldn't start and they told me it would have to be taken to a VW dealership and he didn't charge me for looking at it. Also just called to ask about some transmission work (I know I don't need a whole new transmission) and they told me they only do full replacements and don't do repairs. They instead recommended someone else

::Easily had the best repair experience of my life here about a year ago. Had an issue with my 01 golf smoking and was quoted $1200 at another repair shop. Took it here and they quoted mt $150- and that was with several other minor issues fixed too! He said with absolute confidence what the other shop was planning on fixing wouldn't have even fixed the issue. great, quick, honest work. Wish I had a German car still just so I could take it to this awesome repair shop.
