  1st time in a vape shop. I was helped by miss Jackie who took great care of me. She answered all my questions- and I had a lot. I walked in knowing nothing and came out very happy with my purchase. There was also a man in the shop, i didnt catch his name but he was polite and funny. This place has good vibes. I will surely be back and spread the word about it.

  The best vape shop in Yonkers. The rite select of quality with the roe price. No waste of time . One stop shop and honestly you’ll see the difference. Now I’m pretty sure I’ll be one of their best costumers

  When these guys first opened up I liked them more than I do now. Recently bought a 60ML bottle of Moon Burst, the juice did not last more than 2 weeks and it tastes horrible like it went bad. Have never had this issue with other shops and their juice. Usually I check the date stamps on the bottle but this seems to be the first bottle that didn't have one. I suspect I was sold old juice. Also while I was there waiting for someone to help me the girls behind the counter helped 2 people that walked in after and seemed to have forgotten the 6'3 guys standing in the store looking around like a jackass... thanks but no thanks . UPDATE APRIL 10TH: After my intial review of my experience I was contacted by Lisa (manager). I expressed my concerns and she shared the same concerns for health and quality reasons of the juice I mentioned above. She was extremely personable helpful and knowledgeable. I am happy to up my original rating due to the fact that management responded in a timely fashion. And the point of this that we agreed upon was mainly the quality of their products being absolutely top notch which I beleive they are. I will be returning and trying some other flavors out!! Thanks Lisa and the management team for addressing my concerns see you all soon !

  This is the best vape shop in New York! Excellent customer service and a very knowledgeable staff with a wide variety of juice and devices. I would recommend the Vape Cave to anyone looking for a new go-to shop.

  It a very friendly place and awesome staff. I gave it four stars because i wish it was a bit bigger. Over all it is a cool chill space. You can also try flavor before you actually buy anything, so that is cool
