  Fantastic property. Large luxurious lobby and well appointed rooms. Service is good but has no depth, and one gets distinct impression that service staff don’t generally care beyond doing their duties. I took a star off for loud air conditioner. Luckily it wasn’t too hot when I was there and I could turn it off at night. Would have been an issue if I had to choose between a loud air conditioner and a hot room.

  Great bar. I have only visited in the evening, well after the restaurant closed.The bar is a very nice place for a drink and some really good, late night food. The bartenders are masterful l. The wait staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. The chef even came out of the kitchen to see how we were enjoying our food. Highly recommend this place.

  This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are nice. The rates vary, is pet friendly but parking is expensive ($49). I loved the live band in the restaurant ( Grant Grill) which is also a bit pricey (bout $58-60 per person, dinner). Great location though and staff was attentive. Good hotel amenities provided. Check out is at 12pm which is nice.

  This is a beautiful tour. The concierge was very informative. There is a walking tour at the front desk. Also there a Indian artifacts from the tribe that was displaced when they built the hotel. The ballrooms are amazing and the men's club still has the sign up, no women before 3pm. The Crystal ballroom is way under the first floor so don't give up!

  Excellent Hotel definitely 5 Star in my book. Great bar with live music on the weekends. Be sure to shop wisely for rates. I got a great deal on my stay, but a mouth later the price was WOW! Room service was great. Room was very comfortable indeed. On my list to return again. Gaslamp Districts best!!
