  UPS is taking advantage of locals and hotels guests charging hidden fees on drop offs and shipments. Make sure you only use traditional UPS stores or call ahead and ask.

  Ridiculous handling fee and Hilton doesn't even mention it.

  If you're a hotel guest and get a package, you have to pick it up here and they'll charge you a handling fee. I've never had that happen at any other Hilton or Marriott property... But it weird they can't just give you your package at check-in like every other property.

  These guys are all super nice, I have a locked gate so I get my packages delivered here and have sent a few things out. I haven't had to pay anymore than the postage, also if it's under and hour parking is free. 👍🏻
