  Absolutely horrible. I had a free return with label and the staff tried to add extra fees. One of which was for tape. Meanwhile it was taped securely. Never again.

  I go to this store frequently when I have something to ship out or return. The store is always clean and everyone is so friendly. Veronica is always very knowledgeable and makes the process very easy. I highly recommend this location.

  Good service, but long wait times. One counter employee with a customer line that was to the rear of the store. She did the best she could and remained courteous with everyone.

  So I live in the neighborhood and this was my first time there. I had a few packages to drop off.. I figured I would be in and out. Now if you're reading this review and you have "clear packaging tape" at home then you must be very rare and special... I bring this up because the manager (Elizabeth) said to me the tons of scotch tape that I put on wasn't good enough and I had to purchase packaging tape at two dollars a box for them to ship it .. I said to her .. r u kidding? I've never had a problem with UPS ever.. I had several boxes to ship so that was ridiculous. So I immoderately left the store I went to the UPS in Holtsville and what do u know... in out no problem.. I highly recommend the HOLTSVILLE store located at exit 63 LIE and stay out of this store in Shirley. Zero customer service! After reading a few reviews there is also another customer who agrees with me who was apparently there a few months ago .
