  Great service. They print, and notarize whatever you need. I was dropping off a package, and they gave me a receipt with coupons. I will definitely put these to good use. Thank you Augusto for helping me with all my small business needs.

  Slowest service ever!!! In 45 minutes he could even finish printing a label for a costumer.

  Brad and his team did an excellent job, collecting from two different auction houses and dealing with their paperwork and requirements. Packing was very well executed as well with every little piece present and protected by appropriate wrapping, etc. Shipping was ground and arrived a day before scheduled. Highly recommend and will contact him again when needed.

  Received the level of service one would expect from a government office, not a private business. I ended up going across the street to the Post Office to ship my parcel. Curiously, the shipping cost was lower and the staff much friendlier and happy to help. I think the owner needs some work to do with the staff to explain to them what this means to be polite and how to treat their customers.

  never had a problem there when returning packages. it's a tight place to operate in and there's a lot of packages but I've always had a good experience there. Maybe those 1-star reviews are just outlives or they're complete crazies. This being NYC, it's probably the latter.
