  I come in quite frequently and love the staff at this location, especially Jane.

  I've used this place a few times. Not my favorite store to go to. Everyone is nice enough, but it seems as though they often are unsure what they are doing. There also seems to be some confusion, among them, on the best way to mail things. The main issue I have with them is that they really do not have hours that are conducive to those of us who work and they do not have drop-off available from UPS trucks.

  UPS always provides better service than the post office but I was surprised by the poor customer service I received yesterday morning. The young woman opening the store was rude, seemed put out and offered her opninion about some things that were frankly, none of her business. I suspect that she feels she is being efficient but I suspect she probably needs some serious customer service training. I always use the Chevy Chase location but I think I might drive the extra half mile and use a store that seems as though they appreciate their customers.

  Horribly impolite staff! I called and asked for their email address and the girl barked in a bratty valley girl snotty voice " you want what?" Like I had asked her to shave her eyebrows off. I explained that a parts supplier had sent me the wrong part and I needed to forward her the prepaid postage (ups calls this an ASR tag) so then she starts rattling off the store email, and I had to ask her to slow down I couldn't understand her. She then said every letter and number with a long pause between each character like I was mentally challenged. It was so rude and unprofessional, she was speaking so fast at first and then threw all this attitude because I asked her to repeat herself slower. I then asked if there was a charge for her to print the label and she said "it's like two dollars or something" When I got there I tried to not make eye contact and didn't mention the phone conversation, except to get her to check the email for the label. I got some money out and when I handed it to her she said " it's no charge this time" I got my receipt and left with no incident. When I got home I looked up their ASR policy and it turns out they never charge. I will be talking with the GM about the young lady who waited on me and will not be returning to this location. I expect more from UPS, this location has terrible service.
