  The owner is extremely rude and the staff is not very helpful. I used the overnight service and it never was picked up. the second time the package arrived opened and destroyed. In both occasions that i called the 1-800 number they said the overnight package was not sent out properly, and 2nd time it was also poorly packaged at by location. boxes, cards and materials are overpriced and the use of the computer is $3 a min with very slow internet, the printer doesn't work either.Now I only use this location for prepaid returns.

  The oldeat man is very impolite and unfriendly and won't help you feel bad and Never come back again!

  They steal from your packages. I had a missing item from my box I sent through them. I went in and the employee couldn’t help me, so I had to wait for the owner to come back. While waiting the employee told me someone else complained that they were missing a cross necklace from their package as well. Anyway, the owner said he’d file for the missing object and I’d get my money’s worth. I received no call. I went in weeks later, he didn’t file a thing. Told me he’ll file it. No call ever came. I NEVER go here anymore. For those saying you don’t know why there are bad reviews - it’s great they haven’t screwed you yet. The owner was rude during my whole issue, no apology at all and was very abrupt. As if he was annoyed with me for their thievery.

  Don’t know why the neg reviews. This is close by my house. Never had any issues dropping off return packages but haven’t tried using any other service. Go to the one on 93rd and 3rd if u have any issues.

  I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I’ve always found the staff to be courteous and capable, including the older gentleman who appears to be the boss. He’s not chatty, but so what? I drop off lots of UPS packages there, returns to Amazon are drop-and-go and anything else, they look up my account with a smile, I pay, and go. Very handy to have them in the neighborhood!
