  Not satisfied with the costumer service and staff very rude and over-charging the service I go to return my items I always pay no more then 6$ they always try to charge 12$ they try to make me do the 2 day shipping to make more money I'll go to the other location..

  Excellent service from the staff there. I am very impressed by their ability to calmly solve any issues regarding shipping I have had.

  I am using this UPS Store for more than a year, and always had nothing but great and efficient service here. I've received packages, sent packages (Fragile And Delicate Items also ), made copies, bought stamps and supplies, and everything else you might ever need to do in a shipping store. Michelle (now became a friend), Devyani and all of their employees (most long term and really know their business) are speedy, efficient, knowledgeable and ready to do anything I need. They are friendly and warm and the best with customer service! Thank you, Michelle and Devyani and your staff, for your great service to me. You're all a pleasure to deal with, and I appreciate you. I would highly recommend this (and have many times) to anyone needing to print anything or ship anything anywhere.

  This UPS Store branch has been exceptionally useful to me on many events. The staff are exceptionally dynamic and snappy to help you with your requirements.I have returned AT&T equipment, returned Amazon packages, and shipped package to California and Brazil all with great and efficient service.
