  Had a package with items in worth 1500$+ wrapped in foam,bubble wrap and paper get to my home shattered in pieces a day late from a delivery man whom never knocked. I have camera surveillance on my home and was home all day waiting on the package because some of the contents in the package were for work and time sensitive. Man leaves note on door and never knocks. UPS claims they are not liable but the sender is. DO NOT USE UPS-they will screw you deliveries up and not cover the cost if it comes back broken. Some of the goods in my package were from Sydney, Australia and can never be replaced. UPS IS HORRIBLE!!!

  Everyone at this location is extremely helpful and friendly. I have a mailbox at this location and they always take care of my needs!

  Literally the smoothest experience at a UPS! This lady assisted me with my textbook return, and she didn't even charge me for printing off the shipping label. She took care of the rest! I was in and out in literally under a minute. Will go out of my way for this UPS just to have a pleasant experience.

  The ladies working the evening I came into the store were very polite. They knew what they were doing. Destinee went out of her way to help me and when I forgot something silly she didn't make me feel weird about it she just said "it happens and no big deal I can wait for you to get it" I would go out of my way to use this store again because of the way I was treated here! Awesome job ladies in the UPS store!!!

  Be careful double and triple check the address of what you need to send. You don't wanna end up paying the price for the mistake of the employee who works at the establishment. Poor customer service and a nonchalant attitude. Will never go back!!!
