  Joseph was lightning fast! While I was just making a standard shipment, he helped me get the job done super fast. I think I spent less than two minutes at the counter.

  Had similar issues to what other people have written about regarding passport price gauging. Provided my own photo and I was charged the full $16 just to have it printed! I had them do the exact same task a year ago, that time they only charged me for the cost of the print. Management needs to standardize prices and stop screwing over customers with inconsistent service, until then, avoid this UPS Store when it comes to passport photo printing needs.

  DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS, TAKE YOUR OWN AND PRINT INSTEAD FOR A 5,000% SAVINGS. WORKERS ARE DISHONEST AND CHARGE EXTRA FOR PASSPORT RELATED ITEMS. Asked how much a passport photo was and woman behind the counter told me $16 dollars. Asked to have a 4x6 print off my phone (which had the passport photo using an app) and she quoted me $5. I looked up the price online for a 4x6 print and it said 0.35 cents. I asked her why the price discrepancy and she wouldn't look me in the eye and avoided me. Considered ordering it online and having her print it for 35 cents there out of spite, but decided to walk a couple blocks to the nearest CVS and print it myself instantly for pennies.

  I always get the best service every time I transact business at this store. The prices are reasonable and I actually prefer mailing from here than the post office a few blocks away. Emily is awesome!!! 👌👍
