::I've gone to this store for years for various reasons. I will always pick it over the post office. The staff is always very nice, and bends over backwards to help. Emily is a rock star! She even took incredible care when copying a bunch of my grandmas recipes for me that were literally falling apart in her hands. I will always come back.

::Was driving through on my way to Virginia, stopped to get some business cards done. Staff was very friendly and professional. I explained to them that I needed them as quickly as possible. My cards were ready to go within 40 minutes. Thank you for the wonderful service you guys provide. Definitely recommend this place to those traveling through and needing of printing services.

::Closer to 4 or 5 stars for the employee's friendliness and service. However, 2 stars for costs. This store charges an exorbitant amount of money for small jobs. My fault, as I should have verified before purchase. I simply wanted a 41 page document scanned and emailed to me. $31 later, I had my document!! $31!! The job took 3 min. Literally. I realize that part of the costs is equipment (not free), over head (not free) etc. But $31 to scan 41 pages?? That is criminally high. On another occasion, we had an important and timely document that needed Notarizing. There were 10 stamps from the notary. $50 for that! ($5 PER STAMP)..... I will certainly drive out of my way to go elsewhere from now on. Shame on me as I didn't learn my lesson the first time.

::Ladies up front are sweet and courteous. Older gentlemen who I assume is the manager was rude and insinuated I, the customer was in the wrong. I submitted an online print order last night at 8 pm. Yes, after store closing. I expected to pick up the 10 single sided non bleed copies by noon the next day. Manager told me that they needed 8 hours and I should have called. It took less that 5 minutes to print with me standing there! If he had put in half the effort to print my copies rather than print a screen shot of my order on the computer to prove I was in the wrong...wouldn't have this problem. Learn some customer service! Will be going elsewhere.

::These folks are absolutely the best. I never have to worry about my print jobs being done on time and professionally. Emily deserves big kudos for always staying on top of things for me and even rushing orders when I have procrastinated :-/ and need stuff quickly. Mike and the rest of the staff are super considerate and all of them always make sure I know about specials and get the best bang for my buck. I bring all my print work to them and refer them often. I even had them make a beautiful photo collage for my (late) Mom's 80th birthday. They took such care to make it look great. Now that she's gone, I will treasure it forever thanks to the time they took to make it look just right. Can't say enough positive things about them!!!!
