  This is my local go-to UPS location for whenever I need to ship something via UPS. Convenient hours for early and later drop off times. The store is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The store is located in a strip mall/shopping center and has easy access and visibility from Little Road.

  I was a long time customer of the UPS store in Richardson, TX where the new owner here (Krishna) was owner and operator. She and her staff were always very professional with excellent customer service. When I moved from the Richardson area I struggled to find the same experience elsewhere. I was delighted to learn that she was now owner at this location as well and I quickly moved my shipping address here! Just like her Richardson location Krishna has brought the same superb customer service along with her professional staff members here as well. I highly recommend this UPS store!

  Great experience at this UPS store. They brought me a chair as I can't stand for long. No waiting. Used the notary service and shipped a pkg. Very nice people there. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Even faster if you just ship something. Love this store.
