  Poor customer service. I don't know why a business employee would go out of his way to make things difficul for a customer. I went to make copies and the worker denied payment by credit card, stating the transaction was too little. This has never been a problem before at any other UPS stores and there was no sign stating a credit card minimum. When I brought up those concerns he said 'you should have asked. This is not the way to treat your customers. Will not be back ever!

  Hey I really don't know how companies like this can be running peoples bussines when they don't even care about your mail I guess to them is only about as long as they get paid that's it I personally would never come back to this office I brought a 12 pound box worth $568.78 i paid the shipping to nevada and they said it would be delivered the next day and it wasn't like that it took another day to be delivered so the on a Friday I tracked the number and it said it was delivered to the front door however I contact the person I was shipping it too and he was home awaiting for the box his garage was open but never received the box so Monday I contacted ups to see what was going on and they said they were gunna start investigating that would take up to 8 days I believe so they asked me to take an invoice for the box so I took it they submitted a claim and the lady keep telling me she could only offer me $100 bucks that she won't do more she is the owner she was the one who I trusted my box to so I i guess since she's the owner she does not wanna empty her pocket by giving me the money for my box I wasn't asking for spare change it's been almost a month and still haven't received anything from them honestly it was the worst experience ever I was told by a ups carrier that they don't really care about stuff that gets dropped of at the station because that's not how the make they're mine that the way how they make they're money is by picking up stuff sucks can't trust your mail to companies like this I rather drive 4 hours to deliver my box and on top of that I had to reorder again And pay again now most likely I gave ups almost $600 that it seems like never coming back UPS YOU GUYS REALLY SUCK EVEN UPS CORPORATION NEVER USING UPS AGAIN FEDEX IS BETTER IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON USING UPS BETTER USE USPS IF THEY LOSE YOUR PACKAGE THELL WORK WITH YOU WON'T LEAVE ALONE ON IT 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  Very convenient one stop place for anyone who needs their legal documents scanned printed and mailed they have a notary public, live scan, passport picture etc. for everything you need this is the place to go, I definitely recommend this to anyone. Helpful staff most of all Christian Alvarez and Christian Gutierrez, not so often you find a place that the staff really help with what you need to do. I hope that UPS would have more people like Christian Alvarez and Christian Gutierrez working for them.
