  Not good customer service. Their AT&T drop off system was down, I asked if there’s another store to go to, the lady with a headdress said “I can’t tell you we are all franchises.” I called another store (North Park) who said they are under renovation but offered to give me another store’s location. After finding out the location on Park Blvd. is able to accept our modem, I politely said to the counter staff that if anyone else is looking to drop off their modem Park Blvd. can take it. The man thanked me, while the same lady as before yelled from the back “WHATCHUU SAAY???” Super rude lady with no customer service skills. The guy was chill though.

  They are theives I've know for a fact with proof that two or more people working going through packages and selling what they keep on the street.and getting paid to let packages get through illegal business here I've called several times to complain and talk to owner about what I know for sure.stephine and another person has told me that she has talked to the boss and corporate and that he was was suspended until further notice and that they will contact me.i had a strange feeling and called the next day and he was still employed and Stephanie never called anyone which sends me red flags that maybe whole place is all on on it except the boss.i have proof and all.dont trust this place ever!!!they are reopening and closing boxes seeing what you have.and I mean everything comes through if u know what I mean.

  Steffany and Samia are the best! They made the application process for a mailbox a breeze, and are extremely professional to boot! It was a pleasure dealing with them!!! The store is in a great location, and the mailbox can be accessed 24 hrs, which is very helpful, especially on weekends.

  People were professional. The boxes were too heavy for me to carry into the store. They didn’t hesitate going out to my car and getting them.
