  Just dropping off a package to be picked by by usps they now charge $2 per package. Robbers and thieves just out to make a buck. The postman stops by for pick ups TWICE a day. I've been dropping off packages that are shipping postal here for the past two years with no problems. Then they started charging $1 that I thought was a tip for their cashiers. Now it's $2 per package. You can drop off UPS prepaid packages without any problems. Last time I will ever step into this place.

  I honestly have to give this store being the worst customer service . Went in to return an item of which the rep and manager by the name of abu told me I cannot . I am confused but I think it was honestly because the rep didn’t want to do any work . Abu you not doing us a favor . Since the store is independently owned I would advice just be aware of this store since the manager hides from calls . This is my own experience. Bad ethnics for business . Got another store to take the item (tire) . Abu all good thanks for your wonderful customer service . The item didn’t arrive to me by boat or flight . It was also ups to me so the weight wasn’t an issue but thank for your wonderful customer service . Thank you for that long explanation. I got the tire shipped out already

  i wish i could give 5 star but nothing is perfect. This store is amazing. it has improved a lot lately. keep it up guys. one of the best UPS store in Manhattan. no doubt!

  These guys are awesome. its an one stop shop. they have everything you need. associates are really helpful as well.

  I love this ups location. Their pricing is amazing! stuffs are really nice!! Recommend everybody to go there.
