  The guy who worked Friday night 6/23 was immensely helpful! I was on vacation and my.roommate had to send me something and it had to arrive on Saturday, this guy took like 8 of my phone calls and answered all my questions!

  Notery service was a great value for one signature. Service was good for only having one clerk who was cheerful and knowledgeable.

  Had to send a 7 pound box that was 18 inches by 18 inches by 24. I was quoted $76 regular mail they told me I would save $5 at the if I took it to the post office. I took it to the post office and they only charged me $34 for the same package. When I called the manager and ask if their prices are marked up double than the post office she was more than happy to tell me yes.... Stay away they are overpriced

  UPS does a fine job but this franchise on E Desert Inn is run by a colossal jerk. You are strongly advised to STAY AWAY. I discovered my original DD214 after believing it lost for 30 years. Any veteran can tell you how important this doc is. I thought I should get some certified copies made ASAP. So I run down to this UPS store where I had done business before. I thought this guy was cool. Twice I had shipped a box of 20 cartons of cigarettes (shipping forbidden by federal law) and had written "cigarettes" on the contents description of the manifest. The guy (name is David Logan) explains that cigarettes can't be shipped and advises me to change the description to "household goods" which I do and bingo, it gets shipped. Anyway I pull out my DD214 which I had carefully carried in a briefcase and ask for 3 certified copies. This place is SMALL. About 6 ft. wide and 20 ft. long. I kid you not. So the guy goes over to the copy machine and makes 3 copies. Then he asks for my ID. I am taken aback. I don't have ID. I'm a cyclist and don't drive, I do all my banking on-line or ATM, I hold a US passport for those rare occasions where I have to prove who I am but I don't take it with me unless I know I will need it and this request baffled me. I wasn't signing anything that needed to be witnessed. It didn't matter who's DD214 it was. Any Joe could walk in and have certified copies made of this exact doc (as long as they had ID). I said it was HIS ID that was important here, not mine. With evil delight, he held up the 3 copies he had just made and slowly ripped them up. I told him I would come back with ID but I was flummoxed why it was necessary. He said it was to prevent people from pulling "scams." Now I'm REALLY puzzled. Scams? "You know what," he said, "why don't you get out AND NEVER COME BACK." That I will do. All the consternation was COMPLETELY unnecessary. All he had to do was say, "Sorry, love to help ya but it's company policy." Why? "Sorry, love to help ya but it's company policy." Etc. That's all he had to do. But I guess he had a bug up his butt that morning. I wasn't expecting an argument when I walked in but I sure got one. If you want to be treated like he is the master of the universe (or his little hell hole) and you are scum, go ahead and patronize him. He may patronize you first.
