  Worst store ever. Went to drop clients docs at UPS and found they ONLY carry letter envelopes. That is ridiculous. It's not like they have to pay for them. No reason not to have all the items that UPS uses. It is a UPS Store. Bad business. Had to go to another one for my clients docs.

  The owner is a liar they guaranteed my package to get there on a certain day. It didn't arrive there it arrive days late and in the afternoon. After speaking with someone at the company calling the 1-800 number going through all that and speaking with the supervisor I found out that they shouldn't have even guaranteed my package because their shipment had already went out for the day so they totally lied. Good thing for timestamps on everything and receipts because they were basically trying to say I was lying. They have been giving me the run-around to speak to someone in corporate. I finally spoke with someone in corporate and they're basically giving me the runaround too. Both parties are stating it's not their fault but someone somehow still owes me a refund. This was back in April mind you it is September now and still have heard nothing no one is returning my calls corporate or the store. I will never go to this location to send something or UPS for that matter they are so unprofessional and how they're handling it it's ridiculous! This is a PSA if you want your package to arrive on time when it's supposed to don't go here!

  Not sure if it still opens but I went here trying to drop off an Amazon return. It was 8:40 and door was still closed. I had to go to Flamingo and Sandhill location where it always open on time @8am.
