  This UPS store has friendly and knowledgeable employees. They sincerely try to help with what you need and try to save you money at the same time. The customer service here far exceeds the customer service at all other UPS stores I have done business with.

  Just FYI, they do not provide notary services at this location. Otherwise, this place is great for all shipping purposes.

  I visited this location to mail a birthday card to CA, for 2 day delivery - price $33???? I noticed they do not display different size envelopes in self service area, so I had to wait in line just to get one, then I had to fill out the slip and go back in line. After I was done, I asked Leonardo if he can give me 1 large soft envelope since I had a return to ship to Amazon...he said yes and then asked for $3.50???? For a soft envelope, he had like hundreds of them laying around his desk. For such an expensive price, they charge for envelopes now???? As I said, in Fed Ex and USPS they have envelopes available for people to pick in self service area, so that they can prepare the shipment. Not here? I could not believe this, and will check with UPS if this is normal.
