  This location has recently hired a worker whose service can only be described as dismal. He also tends to work in the evening, when there is often a rush. Last time I tried to ship a package, I couldn’t even enter the building due to the line spilling out of the front door. The simplest task takes 20 minutes +, he does not have a sufficient grasp of language or communication skills, and he does not seem to know how to navigate the software system. All the previous employees were excellent, I just don’t know why ups would hire someone like this man to work alone during a busy time.

  I have been using this UPS for a while now and the service is awesome, I use their pack and ship services for some expensive electronics and I have been told by several of my customers that the items arrive very well packed and secure. The prices are very good compared to other places. I have always been greeted with a smile and nice conversation while in the store. Best part is if I drom pff an item at 6:00 PM it is packed and shipped the same day. Excellent service, keep up the good work!!!

  Beautiful store with printing, shipping, mailbox service. all my small business needs can be done here. The convenient parking of the shopping center makes me a great shopping experience.
