  Total ripoff. Avoid at all costs . This place blatantly lies and overcharges by 80$ on each shipment. I told them FedEx is charging me 75$ for documents to India. They said well best we can do is 129$...!!! Never use this place and save . Well to conclude I found another DHL outlet and sent all documents next day delivery for 49. 95$ Saved myself 80$ and never again . If you got cash to burn be my guest and visit this place !!!!

  This store has always provided consistent reasonable services whether it be Package drop-off, Notary service, Copies, or Shipping. Ms. Powell and her team are a good business provider.

  Great staff never gave me any problems. Very small store. Prices seem a bit high

  This place is a rip-off. They charged a $1 fee for a 6-inch piece of tape for my drop-off item because the tape I used wasn't correct. Considering no other UPS store has done this to me before, I assume it is a ridiculous local store policy.

  Too many owners of stores today have no business integrity. Which includes training their staff, keeping to commitments etc. The staff at this store have horrid customer service .... HORRID!! Why do you give out a "discount card" if you staff does not 1. honor it and 2. stamps on a old stamp. It clearly states 10 stamps you receive $10.00 off your next shipment, yet my bill clearly shows you gave me a $2.00 discount. I will not be shipping from this location again. And I ship packages weekly!!
