  Inattentive, unhelpful, expensive. Printing station out of order, so they offered to print 1 page for $4!?

  I would give them a zero star if possible. Staff there is very rude. I walked in after seeing that they also provide USPS service, which I also confirmed with the staff. I told the lady that I just wanted to use the regular USPS service to mail my package to North Carolina (the package is less than 3lb by the way), and there is no rush. She told me the lowest cost would be $27. I just couldn't believe what I heard. Seeing my surprising look, the lady literally grabbed the sheet she passed to me earlier, threw it away (because I already wrote my name on it), said: "you can go to a USPS store and there are more choices", and walked away. I later mailed my package at a USPS store for less than $8. Just don't understand why people can be so rude. As a service provider, you have all your rights to charge any unreasonably high price. But as a customer, I also have my rights to be treated politely and, at least, understand what I am charged for before I make a decision. From the earlier reviews, I see that I am not the first one they tried to overcharge. Save your money to go somewhere else!
