  I've never had a problem at the store picking up mail or getting help with putting together a package. Once in a while, I'll get a piece of mail in my mail slot that doesn't belong to that mail slot but I understand that humans make mistakes. I've always received good customer service there and everyone is really nice and attentive. Just like anyone else: if you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you.

  This location is now charging $1 per box if they have to touch it or tape it closed. Even Amazon boxes. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I will not be returning to this location. Very rude and poor business practices.

  The worst customer service by the manager of the store. Extremely inappropriate and incompetent. A simple certified letter turned into an extremely frustrating experience. The staff offered no assistance nor resolution. I received no apologies and paid twice as much as I would have with the postal service. The owner of the store never addressed the issue. If you use the services at this store keep it simple and help the staff ensure successful transaction.

  What a joke, don’t ever use this store...I just brought in a prepaid shipping label & a small package, that I figured I’d tape close at the store. The guy was nice & offered to help tape it, I was like thx but I got it just need some tape. Then handed him my package. He then said that’d be $1 dollar! Is this a joke...no it’s a handling fee...I was like for what ? He said read the sign....I said wow, here ya go $1 & I’ll never come here again.

  Dropped off my shipment on Friday, 12/29 (1:15 P.M. MT). As of 1/2/18 (7:30 P.M. EST) the label had not been generated yet (even UPS corporate claimed there was a problem because they could not see the billing information let alone the tracking #). The two store reps I spoke with each gave me the run around -- and both hung up on me. When my wife called an hour later, the shipment magically appeared in the UPS system. I knew something was up during my first call and said "just tell me the truth, is my shipment still in the store?" They claimed it had already gone out (UPS corporate said this could not be possible without them seeing it in their system). If the two reps had just given me the straight up truth ("we were busy, we didn't get to your package until this evening, we'll create the label in the next 10 minutes, we apologize), all would have been good. Avoid this store and others owned by the same franchisee.
