  Amazing customer service! I showed up with 35 fragile framed posters to be wrapped and shipped individually across the US and Canada, during the busiest time of the holiday season. The team was awesome - turned it into a team building exercise. Every poster arrived intact and on time, before Christmas as hoped. Thanks so much!!!

  Really one of the best overall customer service experiences with any business I've dealt with over an extended period of time. Sharon is a consumate professional, always treating the customer with the utmost care and courtesy and going the extra mile, even when the store gets really busy. That professionalism is reflected in the other staff members as well. I recommend the UPS Store at Portland State ASRC to anyone who needs a full service shipping carrier and appreciates consistently exceptional customer service!
