  Ups 3 packages damage boxes smashed called ups on the phone for over a hour got passed from person to person 4 times then put on hold again unreal

  Great location they are always helpful,manager Cindy is a great person and all other UPS team as well I’m using this location since 4 years 3-4 times a week for my business and always happy with them

  I came here to print out a huge packet of documents pertaining to an employment offer I was evaluating, and Brittany was a huge help. When the pages came out faded, she helped me by darkening the pages using a copier so that I would not have to pay additional money to use the computers there. Despite being extremely busy on a Saturday, Brittany attended to me meticulously and with a radiant smile. I really appreciated her consideration, awesome demeanor, and her willingness to go above and beyond her call of duty. Thanks again!

  I am writing to memorialize the repeated pattern of exceptional customer service provided by your employee, Brandon, who assisted me (again) today during the post-5pm-Monday-eve rush. It looked like Brandon was "manning the ship" on his own this evening, which in and of itself, is a huge accomplishment. But most impressively, he took notice of me even though he had at least 7 other customers that he was simultaneously helping who were ahead of me in line. I told him I was in no rush, that he could take his time. I then proceeded to check my email on my phone. Despite my assurances, Brandon noticed the small package slip in my hand and made the effort to politely get my attention, hand me a pen, ask me to sign the slip, verify the number of packages I was picking up, as well as retrieve my package all in the span of a few minutes while doing 29 other things simultaneously. Brandon has always been excellently efficient, polite, and accommodating throughout the years I have paid for my corporate mail box at this location. This young man exemplifies hyper-efficient, no-nonsense, non-recognition-seeking service excellence. He is one of the reasons that I continue to choose UPS in general and the 17 E Monroe location in particular. I hope corporate leadership has the good sense to recognize and reward Brandon for his above-and-beyond work ethic. Thank you for everything that you all do for us!
