  I make custom chandeliers and we recently had an order placed for three chandeliers being shipped to the UK. This being our first international order, we were nervous about it not arriving in the same condition it left in. Mike, the store owner, did a fantastic job with packing the chandeliers. They arrived with no problems and our customer was more than satisfied! We will definitely be using this UPS store for future shipments! Thanks again Mike for all your help

  Not what i expected. We came here to have our gifts sent internationally. So we mentioned that we doesnt want it to be thru the post office and i can definitely say that the man here agreed with me because he knows that its gonna cost us more if that happens. So he said that,ups has its own drivers and that its gonna be door to door. So we paid $200+ to have our package shipped hoping that what he said is true. The contents is stuffs we have saved for a while. I just hope that having people like us as a customer (who doesnt speak nor understand english very well ) is that they will explain it clearly. We came back to this store to ask because after a couple of days we cant track the package neither the tracking number we have is not trackable through ups website,so a lady assisted us and she saw it was forwarded to USPS. (THAT MADE IT CLEAR THAT IT WAS REALLY FORWARDED TO POST OFFICE) and i asked her why it was forwarded there,she went to the back and came back saying that its really like that and that its us who chose that (so i was like,what? We wanted it to be delivered door to door and she just answered she cant do anything about it anymore) :( :( :( We shipped it 22nd of January and it just arrived today and the post office back home is asking us for Php9000 which is equivalent to almost $200...another $200+ :( its a lot :( never again. :( im sorry but i just really want to vent this out. Why did we go to ups then? Ship via UPS,and track it discovering it was forwarded to USPS after few days? Then we shouldve just went to USPS then.(That we could know we can track it thru usps tracking,and that we will pay when it gets there.) :(
