  The manager berated an employee in front of an afternoon crowd at the store. The employee was obviously a kid and he messed up but the manager dealt with the employees errors horribly. Deal with problems away from customers!

  worst UPS store i had deal with. They don't provide the service as they mention neither on their website or contract.

  Worst UPS store. Will not let UPS clients ship anything using their own UPS accounts.

  Could not check for me if shipment went out. When I asked, the answer was "no". Poor, poor customer service.

  I dropped off an envelope at NOON to be shipped overnight on a Thursday. The shipping cost $56. It was not delivered on Friday. When I called UPS to check on the shipment, they told me that the UPS driver did not pickup the shipment on time on Thursday so it will be late. Great JOB ups.
