  The younger black haired woman behind the counter was very rude. I had a box ready to go and a packing label. She told me it would be $3.25 to tape the label on whether they or I did it. "or you can come back after you use your own tape."

  Rip off and rude. Lack of service and value. UPS quoted me (with pickup) $28.60. The same service offered by this UPS Store was $146 (that’s a ridiculous markup). If you don’t want to be taken advantage of, do yourself a favor and create a UPS account online or go to the post office which ended up shipping the same package to the same place Priority 2-Day for $24.74. MOM AND POP “PACK AND SHIP” SHOPS CHARGE LESS FOR UPS SHIPPING!!!! Don’t be fooled!

  Huge ripoff and the Hispanic lady behind the counter was so rude. I had my hands full and carrying my two year old and she was extremely rude. I wish I knew her name. I will never come back here. I just walked out.

  Marcia and Alex were incredibly helpful, and were respectful even though a lady at the store was terribly rude. They also went way beyond their job description to help me. Thanks a million!

  I went to this location to ship a CPAP machine in for repair. It was a prepaid transaction and I needed to print a label and box up the machine. They wanted $50 to help me prepare the box to ship the machine. I went to the US Post Office and purchased everything to do it myself for less than $12. I do not understand why they believe $50 is even remotely reasonable for the service requested.
