  Payed $180 for next day shipping only for it to arrive four days later. Called customer service and was informed I would have to go to the store in person. Which was closed over the weekend.

  I'm surprised at the reviews i'm reading. Maybe I just got lucky but in the 5 or 6 times that i've visited this location they've always been fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient!

  The notary, Bianca charged me 1$ because she had to use a piece of tape on my envelope! That’s crazy! I felt robbed and offended. It’s not about the dollar, it’s the act of having to pay for a piece of a tape on a shipping company! She’s the example of poor manners, education and somebody that shouldn’t ever work with costumer service.

  I read the reviews here but still decided to give this UPS a try, how foolish of me. I came in a while back with my wife and we had the absolute worst service. The clerk in the front who we then found out was the manager, Bianca. She was more than rude. This place has horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. Taking our business elsewhere. Id rather wait in line at the post office.
