  Placed smelled of BO, asked for a notary and the clerk simply nodded to a sign that said no notary from 3/1 to 3/15, then stared at me blankly until I left.

  Extremely friendly and professional staff. The staff member Chris was absolutely amazing, pulled a minor miracle, and made my day that much better!

  I️ was there today around 9:30 am and the guy was too kind helping me what I need to do with my package and he was so friendly and great customer service ...thanks again for being helpful!

  This UPS store is run perfectly and has been my pleasure to use as my business mailbox. Always has a smile and is so polite. It's worth going to the store just to experience having such pleasant service.

  I had been to this UPS store a few times. The staff was courteous, efficient and professional. Then in June 2016 I had a very important document which *had* to be delivered at another Manhattan address the very next day. I had tried USPS but they closed early. I happened to get to this UPS store right at 7:00pm, their closing time . I looked and felt desperate. The owner kept the store open, Chris helped me fill out forms, and another gentleman asked the UPS driver to wait 30 seconds. These guys saved me. They were so kind, and very sweet.
