  Came to store to have package delivered to north Carolina court house. When told by Antonio that package would be guaranteed to be there Thursday was a total lye. I went to store to ask for help finding package, he reached for the phone and said I'm calling the police. If this is how they run there business for the price you pay for delivery they should fire the counter person for lying and not even trying to help resolve the lying facts they tell you. Be careful people. There in for the money and nothing ELSE

  I get my packages here all the time, and the service has always been excellent. Denise is knowledgeable, professional, helpful and personable. She is definitely an asset to this location and the UPS Store brand. I look forward to continue doing business with this location.

  This is the best UPS store I've ever dealt with. They are always on top of deliveries and tracking. The hours are perfect and the store is always immaculate. Please don't ever go away.
