  Suzanne is the best but the pictures shown here are not of the Market street store. where is the store pictured?

  Waste of time and extremely rude staff. Had a packaged delivered and it was refused saying I didn't have a box? What? I have delivered so many UPS packages with my name on it I can't begin to tell you. However all I was told about was do this access program. Cool how do i sign up? Can I come in, anything not - they just hang up on you.

  The manager at this store is an incompetent ass we were at the store at 5:57 pm just had to run in a pick up a delivery he had the doors locked at 5:45 saying he was closed. I tried calling 3-4 times through out the day they never pick up saying they are busy and leave a message. No store is that busy all day long he is just a hump and very unfriendly as well I am forced to deal with his attitude because packages can't be left at my door due to theft so I'm stuck .......

  I got there 15 minutes before they closed and only had 1 person ahead of me. Well Fred (employee) was the only one working and all of the sudden 6 more people behind us and he taking care of customers 2 at a time but I had something totally different to be taken care of so I waited and he culled that line like a champ, now on to me. I just needed some printing to be done and Fred was having problems opening the files on my USB and I really needed my pages printed as my printer was down and I needed to take them with me to church later that evening. Fred did everything to help because the files would not open and you can see the frustration on his face trying to get those files to open one way or another and finally he came up with a solution and I got what I needed. He's a pretty nice guy and customer service oriented.

  Two poor customer service experiences - I went in for notary services (which the website says this branch does) to be told, without apology, without acknowledging the error on the website, and without suggesting another branch, that they don't do them. The UPS store at the Hilton on the waterfront did it immediately. Went in a few weeks later to send a package internationally and I have rarely seen someone more put out to do what must be one of the simpler bits of their job. The guy was struggling to motivate himself so much that I compassionately took my business to FedEx on C Street (who were great!). I've had good service at other UPS branches, there's just something up with this one.
