  I went this place for their notary services because I needed to notarize one of my documents for an apostille. I told them that I will show this document to the Secretary of State so that they need to accept this notary so write an oath and give acknowledgment etc. What happened? They only stamped my paper and charged me 6$ for that and when I went Austin, the Secretary of State didn't accept the notarization and I needed to find another notary in Austin so that I could make it notarized with acknowledment. So they are very unprofessional and even though I told them all about it they almost caused me a big big trouble it's not only about the money.

  The staff was great, just don't like the attitude they get from customers/ guests who gripe about the $5 fee being charged on a shipment. Well look where you are, your paying for convenience. Pay To print? You have to pay for internet in the Marriott too right??nothing is free people!!! Don't flip on the staff because of your lack of know how to research your surroundings. Or how about getting that printed beforehand?? All in all, I do quite a bit business with them and they are great. P.s don't want to pay fees on your pre paid shipments? Find a stand alone store, no fees. Any ups inside of other businesses/buildings will have an upcharge.

  Very unprofessional. Calling the UPS Store downtown then being referred to this office. I had only asked to rescheduel a drop off, to which he quipped , "I have nothing to do with the drivers, call the 800 number." No reference to a number just a snap and goodbye. Next time please provide said number and be a good company representative.
