  I bought a purse for my Mom for a birthday gift, the sales girl said do you want me to take off the tags I said ok so my Mom doesn't see the price when I saw my mom to give it to her she tells me she already has one, I went back to the store not even 5 minutes after I bought the and manager said that I can not return it because the tags were removed, I explained that his sales girl is the one that removed them and he said it makes no difference, don't shop here they really have bad customer service this is a scam tactics that they do they offer to remove tags so you get stuck with their products and not been able to do a return....

  We called asking about luggage storage, which they said was available. Arrived to store, they had no storage service, and instead tried to sell us a cheap carry on. Also spoke broken English and couldn't answer basic questions. Edit: This occurred at the Travel Store II (ground level location). There is another (same name) location on the upper level north end of the mall. Did not check to see if they offer service.
