  Called to ask them to come out and do service on two chimneys. They promptly instructed me on how to do some tests myself and what results I could get. Said if I don't need to pay them and can do it myself then they don't want to waste my money. I would have happily paid them but they chose to be super honest and save me several hundred dollars. Thanks Top Hatter!

  I was so impressed with the service that I received from Top Hatter. The guys called ahead to tell me that they were on the way to my house. We extremely professional and friendly! Loved the service and would recommend them to everyone!

  I've had air ducts "cleaned" before, but not like this! The Top Hatter really CLEANS the actual vents, air ducts and cold air returns....I could not believe the debris they removed from the underground returns (construction workers left building materials and soda cans in the returns).
