Slowest service ever. I hate complaining about service because I know it can be tough at times. Yet, it wasn't busy and I ordered one thing. It took more than 15 min for my drink and over 40 for my food. I usually read reviews and steer clear of bad. But, gave this a chance. Didn't even eat my food.

If you have 90 minutes to eat breakfast and do not bother to be served cold and sawgie toasts... (that will never be replaced), you might enjoy your meal... Beware on the 20% tip and service charge added to your bill.... Anyhow, after discussing our experience with the server he got back to us with a $3.00 discount on our $40.00+ breakfast (for 2). Really πŸ‘ŽπŸ˜‘ Unfortunate that they do not understand client service because the food is good in general. It was our third meal there... and the last one. It’s not about the problem, things happen... it’s about how you deal with problems.

Do not come here. Service is horrible. Total rip off too. Waited over an hour after we ordered our food. So did everyone else around us. On a Tuesday night. People not happy. No apologies or excuses either. And they automatically added a 14% gratuity, a 6% service charge, and also $3 for each soda refill.

+ Food is pretty good. At least most of the times it is fresh and cooked good. Stuff is friendly. But - you will wait FOREVER until somebody will take your order and FOREVER until it will be cooked and FOREVER to get a check. It is true. I wonder WHY it is like that. There are few waiters and a place is pretty small. So why it takes so long?! I was there two times as I stayed in the hotel next door, breakfast took them 1,5 hour. No kidding. Dinner (I came late, at 10:30) took an hour. And this place is VERY overpriced. Breakfast for 17-20$?! Seriously?! Few blocks north and you'll have amazing breakfast for just 10-12$ (include tax&tips). So - not worth it.

I had breakfast 3 mornings as well as 2 lunchest and the food and service was excellent. It seemed everything was cooked fresh and had both a very good burger and a great risotto. Reasonable prices I thought and worth a visit.
