  I went to the Sweatbox for my first hot yoga class in years. The place is really clean, very toasty, the happy community feel was obvious and Frani is an amazing instructor. There was a point where she assured the class it was fine if we felt dizzy, nauseous, angry, etc.... I started laughing to myself because I felt all of them. Despite counting the minutes to the end of class I have felt energized and fantastic ever since I left class this morning. What is really enticing are the upcoming workshops- a masters Bikram class Frani is teaching, an Inversion class and a Partners Thai Massage class taught by the lead therapist at Drift Mobile Massage, I hear he's a great LMT :) I'm really interested in getting a pass, especially during these winter months, even though I already have a gym membership.
