HUGE warehouse and selection including unique stone such as sandstone, marble, onyx, etc. Pricing is comparable with other granite yards. They can get busy and are not always fully staffed to help if you have questions or want to place a slab on hold.

Horrible business practice, won't discuss the price of anything on the floor except with my fabricator. How am I supposed to shop within a budget if they won't tell me the price of anything? What a waste of time!

Huge selection of beautiful stone slabs including granite, quartz, semi precious stone slabs, and exotic slabs. You are free to visit without an appointment and walk around however it's better to make an appointment if you need specific slabs pulled. I would leave the children at home. Staff is extremely helpful and happy to answer questions and move slabs to help you find your perfect piece. I visited a few slab yards before coming here and this place has the best selection.

First off, this place is enormous! You are likely to find almost anything there! The warehouse where the stone is kept is exactly that- a warehouse. Lots of equipment moving around with big aisles and standard lighting. We were here in late February so it's pretty chilly too. Dress accordingly! People were friendly and give basic instructions when you go in. I suggest that you take pieces of your floor/cabinets to hold up to the stone. This was the only place we visited that had frames around so you could get an idea of what a standard kitchen counter would look like. It's amazing what a difference that makes! They are very up front about which tier each stone is in- your fabricator will have to tell you the actual price. My only complaint is that all the holds are marked electronically. There is no way for you to know if what you like is actually available or not. This meant an extra trip for us since all of the pieces of granite we liked were sold and we needed to choose another. So if you like something, better to specifically ask if it's available and put a hold on it immediately. All in all, it was the biggest place we looked at, with a great selection and a decent staff. If I'm ever in the market again I would return.

Honestly, we were happy with our experience with the stone collection until the end and since having our issue have received no response or even call back from them. We specifically explained to them we needed two slabs that were sequential meaning that the pattern ran from one to the next since we were doing an island that was too big for one slab. We actually went back several times to make sure they had the right slabs. They assured us we had two slabs so that the seam appearance was minimized. When our fabricator showed up to install the slabs which we had put on hold, he explained that the stone collection held identical slabs rather than sequential so he worked very hard to make the seam look good. As good as he did, it was just impossible to do with identical slabs. We now have a very noticeable seem in our island which we spent a lot of money on and time to make sure it looked great. I since have received no explanation or phone calls back despite being promised I would. I have called numerous times, left numerous messages and nothing. Don't be fooled by the great selection and friendliness of the staff when you go in. If you have any issue, you can be assured you will not receive any customer service.... at least not after they have your money.
