  Do not place an online order!!! I had to return a jersey because it was the wrong size, it took almost a month to get a refund. Their policy clearly says 7-10 business days. I spoke with a Jen about my refund after I had not received it in 7-10 business days, then 3 weeks, she told me PAYPAL rejected my refund (which has never happened before, my PAYPAL account is very active because I use it almost everyday). I asked if she could send me a check for my refund, she said the only thing she could do is put the refund on a credit card. I gave her my credit card number, she then told me it would be processed that day. I called back a week later to find out why I had still not received my refund of $149.99. I spoke to a different lady who said she had the credit card on file but the refund was never processed. At this point I started doing research to see if I had been scammed, and need to call my bank to report this. If you ever have to call their 800 number and a Jenn answers the phone, your best bet is to ask for another representative. She has been there for at least a month that I know of, and has very poor customer service skills. I felt rushed off the phone every time I called about my refund (which in all fairness was 7-8 times but when the policy says 7-10 business days and its been 3 days short of a month, I think there's cause for concern!). Long story longer, if you are a Steelers fan and you can't get to the Pro Shop in person, Amazon is the way to go! I've returned jerseys on Amazon and had my refund before the product made it back to the warehouse. Getting your refund from the Steelers pro shop online will be a nightmare, trust me!! If it were not for me calling so much and following up with them I would have NEVER got a refund on that jersey. Order online at the own risk of never seeing your money again if you dont follow up. I give this place ZERO stars!

  This is by far the best sports store for the STEELERS!!! If you are here in pitt. You def. Have to stop by, even if you don't purchase anything. Ton of history there!!!

  A bit tricky to find but a cool pro shop. You have to go through Gate B. You'll see the "terrible towel"-wall on the right handside and the pro shop next to it
