  My apartment kitchen flooded after a rain storm, and Steam Team was called in to help with repairs. I came home to a mess. The hose that hooked up to the dehumidifier to drain in the sink leaked all over the floor, the crew left several personal items in my sink, the toilet seat was left up, other items were moved and not put back, and they left my apartment unlocked. Later, a team member barged into my apartment without knocking when they were called to remedy the hose leak. Completely, totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Update: The Steam Team came back to paint in the kitchen area, and AGAIN were completely unprofessional. Furniture was moved and not put back (which makes no sense considering none of it was in the area affected), pictures taken off the wall and left on the couch (why??), dust was EVERYWHERE, muddy footprints all over the floors, the shower curtain halfway unhooked (again, why??), toilet left full of urine, and to top it all off, they shut the door to the bathroom and so my cat could not access the litter box ALL DAY. I am uncomfortable in my own apartment now, and my apartment complex is going to continue to use the Steam Team for further repairs, and I am having to resort to taping the toilet shut and hoping nothing else is damaged or worse. If for some reason you decide to use this company, make sure someone is home and actively monitoring their work because they have zero respect for people’s homes.

  My wife and I recently had a very bad mishap with an aquarium in our house. Needless to say we had water EVERYWHERE. After calling steam team to come out and help us I will no longer be contacting anyone other than them in the future! Everything from the water removal, carpet cleaning to tile cleaning they fixed everything and did it very fast! I have never had a more a company actually show how much they care about their customers more than them! Thank you steam team for fixing my water damage!

  They park in my assigned parking space at my apartment complex, Barton Creek Landing. I come home and have no where to park. Now, we won't renew our lease due to this type of behavior from our landlord's vendors.

  Excellent Service from Steam Team! They knew their products well and clean my home Carpets and Tiles. With two pets at home they clean carpets like new and smell awesome. Reliable, Professional and courteous staff. I am amazed and can vouch their services. Thank you Steam Team.

  The team at Steam Team delivers again. Customer service was first class from the initial scheduling call with Jay to the great service provided by the cleaning technician David M. I couldn't be happier with The Steam Team. I'e used them for water damage in the past too. I would highly recommend both for customer service and cleaning performance. Thanks to all.
