  Every time I come to Vegas (I live in Buffalo) I come here.My wife and I have been here several times. I’ve recommended many friends and have brought many people here. Everyone loves it! 12 of us went there last night and the experience was awesome! First class service. Our waiter Roberto couldn’t have been more attentive. Amazing seafood appetizers. Biggest shrimp ever! Perfectly done steaks. The entree's INCLUDE potato veg and salad! Caesar salad too big too finish without spoiling your appetite for the steak! Great desserts. I can’t wait till next time! It’s hard to believe this amazing steakhouse is in the Circus Circus, but it certainly is!

  Been going here for years, and is generally always been great. The steaks don't disappoint, the black bean soup is great, and the wait staff is on point. Prices are at the higher end, as you would expect. If you have room, the dessert is also good. Just ignore the fact it's in Circus Circus 🎪

  Expensive with no taste! It's great if you're on a special diet which means zero seasoning! I don't mind expensive as long as the food is enjoyable. This place serves bland dinners with overcooked fish. They have definitely been receiving over-ratings! The people giving this place 5 stars have to be friends or family of the staff and or owner. I do not recommend this place at all....

  A fun experience but over-hyped. We had been told this was "The best Steakhouse in Vegas", spoiler, its not the best steakhouse. The steak was good, my potato was overcooked and the asparagus was terrible, like the stuff I throw away when I make asparagus at home. The atmosphere was nice, staff were kind and relatively attentive. Our waiter told us he was the "new guy" since he'd only worked there 20 something years. I'll probably never go again but I'm glad I went once.

  Maybe it’s because I had such low expectations but, THE Steak House was very impressive. The portions were huge, meals included sides, and the atmosphere was pretty cool with the grill sitting in the middle of the restaurant. You don’t get any “wow” factor as you walk through the casino to get there, but the food was really good. I hate to admit it, but Circus Circus may be a permanent stop when I come into Vegas. I had the filet which was cooked to a perfect medium-rare. My co-worker has the prime rib and it was the largest cut I’ve ever seen. It was enough to feed a small army.
